The Student Journey

Complete the asynchronous online bootcamp
A 4-module online course built to expand your global awareness, cultural agility, and communication skills. Each module takes about 90 minutes to complete.
Get matched with an experienced Global Guru
You’ll be paired with an experienced professional aligned with your interests and goals. We use a proprietary algorhithm to make excellent mentor-mentee matches.
OMP One-Sheeter
Engage in four virtual mentoring sessions
Each virtual session gives you time to ask questions, test ideas, and build a plan. Four hours of one-on-one mentoring over the course of four months.
Receive your Open Mindset Certificate
Upon completion, you’ll receive a credential that signals your growth and readiness to future employers.
