Today's careers don’t start with a job—they start with a mindset grounded in confidence, cultural fluency, and an open mindset. The Open Mindset Project offers a unique opportunity for students and early-career professionals to prepare for the global workforce through guided learning and expert mentorship. You’ll alternate between completing the 4-module online mindset bootcamp and meeting virtually with a seasoned Global Guru for a series of personalized, perspective-shifting conversations over the course of your academic term.

You’ll be paired with an experienced professional aligned with your interests and goals.
