At the Open Mindset Project, we’re dedicated to equipping ambitious students and recent graduates like you with the global mindset, mentorship, and industry-informed perspectives you need to succeed. And the best way we thought to reach you – at least at first – is through your colleges and universities: We’re currently accepting participants for our 2026 spring, summer and fall cohorts.

If you’re interested in participating in the spring cohort that begins in January 2026, we need to hear from you – and get your college connected with our team ASAP. If you’re interested, send an email to our Founder, Stacie Berdan, at Founder@openmindsetproject.org and provide your name, email address, contact at your college/university (career center, dean, professor – anyone in charge), and a brief statement on why you want to participate. Once we get the information, we’ll get in touch with your school. Our cohorts fill up quickly. We may not be able to include everyone who writes in, but we can promise that your school will receive an invitation to participate in 2026.
