At the Open Mindset Project, our vision is to prepare students and recent grads to develop the global mindset they need to succeed in the global workforce. We believe our approach is unique in that it combines online learning content and one-on-one mentorship.

We know that, especially today, higher ed can benefit from additional support. Students need to develop skills critical to succeed in the changing job market and many of these skills can be challenging to teach on campus.

We're excited to announce that we have begun accepting partners for our 2026 spring, summer and fall cohorts. We appreciate that you need to plan and so do we. Space is limited in each cohort, so the sooner you get in touch the better.
